Yes, a good artist would probably sculpt it rather fast.
For the rest of us it is a real pain to transfer a head shape between objects with dissimilar UV maps.
Though possible with multiple passes of either Shrinkwrap modifier, or Mesh Data Transfer add-on.
In either case a lot of preps needs to be done to the target and source meshes for "successful" transfer.
And then a lot of tweaks/sculpts afterward to perfect.
