With the Motion LIVE and Unreal LiveLink, the metahuman synced the facial mocap, yes. But not fully synced, the lips movement seems not enough. Why is that?

Every Character will look different.
Don't watch the IClone Character , it is a dummy ... watch the UE4 Character while you tweak it in IClone till you are happy with the result .
