Just another noob question, looking at all toturiais i dont see nothing about bring the iclone audio file project to UE. Is it possible?

Sure , export a .wav from IClone and import it into UE4.
You also can record the IClone audio with UE4 Take Recorder (Mic In) while live linking.
But Take Recorder only records what's coming into your PCs Micro Input , so you have to connect your PC output via cable into the input of your PC.

Thanks Bassline, its very difficult to me to sincronise the final video recorder on UE to the file audio because the video sometimes stay more short or longer than original.

So, is there a way to import the wav file into UE4 and when i push the button to record the video all thing (audio + video) stay sincronise? If it is possible, can you teach me how can it be made?

To make it sync perfect you would preferably block with LL and after that export from iClone as FBX (range).
When imported and loaded in sequencer, your animation will be exact same length as rendered (range) wav file...
