Hi everyone, I haven't animated audio files since the new viseme version came out.  I'm having difficulties in that the only way I can hear the audio is thru my tv speakers.  Where before I could here them thru my external ones.  I tried unplugging and restarting computer.  Nothing seems to work.  I went into the Preference tab, but there is no preference for which speaker output I would like to use. Will someone please help me with this?

iClone should use whatever sound device you have selected. iClone  does not have a selection different from that.

If I click the speaker icon on the taskbar, I can select from the various sound systems I have available. I play iClone audio through my external speakers without problems.

The only thing I can think of is if you have a high sample rate for your audio system, like 96k, which iClone wouldn't support.

To expand on what animagic said. Open iClone and then right click on the Loudspeaker icon in the task bar:

Next select Open Volume mixer:

Make sure that iClone is shown in the Volume mixer panel:

Thanks, for some reason the volume was turned to mute.  Considering I never knew how to get to this area before, I know I didn't set it to mute.  And no one else is here to use my computer.  I wonder how this happened.  But it's fixed now.  Thanks again
