I cannot get zbrush -> CC3 to install.
So far, I have:
installed Zbrush as administrator
ran Zbrush as administrator
after days, reinstalled windows on a brand new drive/machine and reinstalled zbrush as admin 
seached the web for a solution

I still get this message:


...I'm so exhausted with this. Please help!!

from             C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Resource\ICGoZBrush\CharacterCreator

Selected all > copy > paste to C:\Users\Public\Pixologic\GoZApps\CharacterCreator

I cannot thank you enough. After copy/pasting, I was able to hit the goz button and everything works now. Thanks SO much!

I have CharacterCreator install on the E; drive and also Zbrush on the E: drive, tried the method above copy and paste to both user drive on C: and E and neither of them work.
The program itself does work, but it still say that program not found, in spite of it is actually working in practice.
