Every app sold for iPhone/iPad devices typically list system requirements.

I understand it lists which devices support it, but can I please get info on what iOS version and how much space it needs for installation?

The ONLY iPhone made since the 10 that will NOT work with Live Face is the SE.  Or, to put it another way, you cannot buy a phone from Apple other than the SE that won't work with Live Face.

That wasn't what I asked - I want to know how much space on the internal storage it takes up, and what version of iOS I need.

It will use ANY iOS made in the last five years and it doesn't take up ANY storage space on the phone (so ANY phone memory will do).
