Hi guys can anyone help me? i can not download anything from smart gallery. it just always says: failed to install content during decruption. and i do not understand why. please help.

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall SG in Hub?

Yes but it still does not work. I see for people when you open it for first time it needs to log in but my gallery do not asks me to log in. It just starts.

1. log out Hub > open CC > Log in SG >> it should refresh
or
2. if you add CC in firewall, try to remove from firewall.

try it then if still not working, submit to Feedback Tracker or Support Ticket
