Undesired added spring effect to static bone

Hi all,

i'm a new Iclone and 3DExchange user.  And I have an issue with my first 3DExchange usage.

I exported an animation from my Unreal project :

It is just a cycling animation. Both hands are fixed so has to keep in place with my handbar.

But when I import the animation in 3DExchange both hands spring and bounce and I don't know how to solve it.  I saw something about adding a key with spring effect at OFF but it does not change anything :

I'm sure it is just a small issue but I do not find any solution .

Someone of you have an idea ??

Hi all, I succeded to fix hands on handbar by parent the hands reach dummys under the BMX element.

Now both hands do not move.

But I still have the issue when I try to export FBX animation so as to use it in unreal. After export hands still bounce like in 3DX.

Any idea so as to solve it in a different way or may be to export it so as to keep hands fixed in place after fbx export?
