Good work, old man! 
Without knowing what exactly is technically behind it, the film is fun. Especially that the narrator announces what she says and the character says it is a good implementation.
I would only add background noise to make everything a bit more atmospheric. Maybe rework the voices a bit, they should sound a bit more muffled.
But even without that, the kids will love it. Good luck furthermore!
