I have tried looking everywhere that I could for the answer to this. Every single tutorial, video, and page of CC3's manual shows that eyebrows don't get applied until you select them under "Eyebrows" (example: https://manual.reallusion.com/Character_Creator_3/ENU/3/Content/Character_Creator_3/Images/Eyebrow_Sections_02.jpg). However, no matter what I do, I always end up with a character whose eyebrows seem to be built-in: Whenever I try to apply eyebrows to my model, they just get plastered on top of the texture like so: How can I basically get a base skin that doesn't have the eyebrows built in, so that I can use eyebrow add-ons from the "Makeup" Content category? It seems that all of the skins have the eyebrows built-in.

Nope, this wasn't imported from anywhere, it was made entirely within CC3 using built-in skins and other options.

Hi... Eyebrows are a separate layer found under SkinGen > Makeup (see below). Here you can right click the eyebrow layer and delete it, or you can choose to replace it with one of the eyebrows from Content Library > Makeup > Eyebrow.

Yes, I see that layer, but if you look at my initial post above, the 2nd image shows the layer that gets toggled when I click the icon to show/hide. How can I get a base skin layer that doesn't have the eyebrows already part of the texture? They all seem to come with them built-in, as shown below. I'm still fairly new to CC3 but all of the skin templates I've come across in the Content tab have eyebrows already built-in: And yet, when I see tutorials and articles about this subject, they all seem to have the eyebrows omitted somehow.

If you use the default SkinGen base shown below the eyebrows are not part of the base texture. They are a separate layer under Makeup as you can see below with the eyebrows toggled off.

Interesting. Turns out you were right. I have no idea how I got duplicate eyebrows originally when I only saw ONE layer of eyebrows in the Makeup tab. Hence my original confusion. I tried it again and I see the layer now. Weird. Thank you!
