The problem seems to be that PopocornFX generates folders according to a certain hierarchy, while iClone searches them according to another hierarchy.
To solve the problem just copy (or move) the folders: 
- Sounds
- Textures
- Mesches
in the "Particles" folder.
Another problem is that the "particles" folder is not always in the same place.

Thanks for the reply Zeronimo. What I find strange is the .pkmm format for a mesh. I didn't find it anywhere but there is meshes with exactly
the same name in the Mesh folder but in .fbx format. I reload the .fbx meshes and now it works.
