Hi...

Faceware works using a standard webcam so the extra depth camera features of the Realsense won't be utilised.

Is the Realsense camera detected and working when you open the Windows 10 Camera App? If so then there is a good chance it will work with Faceware. However, the best way to check is to test it with the trial version.

Is it possible to use it simultaneously kinekt and webcam for removing facial expressions and movements realtaim?

Unfortunately no. The Kinect Mocap Device plug-in isn't part of Motion LIVE 3D so can't be used in conjunction with other mocap hardware. You would need to use the the Kinect for body motion capture and then use the webcam for facial animation separately.
