Hi I have finally had an early present from santa. iClone 7. I am trying to install it and after several hours trying to get on to my members page I finally got it downloaded to my PC. now when I try and install it i get an error messaage saying im not connected to the internet......DOH!!!!!!! i just downloaded it. can anyone help me with this. it  is now 4am in the morning and ive been at this since 6pm yesterday and i am so fed up with the Reallusion bullshit. They are so quick to take my money but even a simple install seems to be a problem.

I have tried that but only the iclone 7 trial comes up I havnt tried to install that but surely the new purchase would be there.
Do i have to install the trial and then put my serial number in it somewhere?

Have you signed into the reallusion hub with your reallusion account? Your software should show up there. Also, try the refresh button.

yep logged in to the hub and tried refresh. Still no joy. This is what i have purchased, but my new iclone 7 isnt there
Even tried downloading the trial version hoping i could just enter my serial number in but that was a bust too.....obviously too much trouble to follow other software designs allowing you to upgrade to a full version straight from the trial version.


This is beyond a joke
