I have never been able to get this thing to work. Everything I try to update provides the following error:

Sorry to hear you are having problems updating. Please try the following:

1. Ensure you are logged into your computer as an Administrator.
2. Please logout from the Hub and then sign in again. Now try to update again.
3. Open Hub Settings (top right corner). Then click the "Installer Location" link and delete any installers in that folder. Then try to update again.
