Agree with the rest of the crew here.  Seems as though we are being pushed towards Adobe products?  Fortunately there are other editors for the .PSD format or we all would have had to buy into Photoshop to get your Pipeline working or move on from you.  It's a JSON file for crying out loud. Thought you guys were starting to open up more to indie and solo dev's rather than large studios?  Sure doesn't seem as though that is the case.  Shame.
