I saw the mesh for the lacrimal caruncle in Zbrush but I can't seem to find that sculpt adjustment in CC3. Does anyone knowhttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/2818031a-c7ff-4b31-a5df-f177.jpg if it exists?

I strongly suspect that Reallusion didn't take Ophthalmic Surgeons into account when designing Character Creator and therefore completely forgot to include adjustments for the Lacrimal Caruncle. The closest that they got was the Tear Duct, but since you have Zbrush I'm sure that you could make the required adjustments there.
