Hello everybody. Everything projected as expected except for the lips. As I see it, I don't think it's a problem with the photo itself that it's at a high resolution and symmetrical. Anyway, could someone tell me what should I do to correct that issue please?

Adjust lip seam height using headshot morphs and then reproject the photo?A good suggestion. Another adjustment to make is lip corner. After that re-project, and the result is much better:
