Losing frames and key data when using Live Link

I’m dealing with some bad issues. I use iclone live link to sync my animation with unreal. The animation ends up being 200 frames short. Meaning my audio is out of sync and everything looks unprofessional! However all of the mouth shapes and annunciation were on point

I tried to export the animation with the facial animation data out as an fbx for Unreal tried 30fps , 60 Fps and 24 fps all of them don’t export the mouth shapes so my character looks like he is just an npc with mouth motion and audio coming out. This however didn’t have the audio sync issues. Can’t win with this program sometimes!!

Any ideas how to get rid of these problems!

I’m on windows 10
8gb vram Nvidia
32 gb ram
Using unreal engine 4.25.3 and the newest version of iclone.
