Just bought the Ultimate Digital Human Creation Bundle with Headshot For $500 and after installing everything my first impressions aren't so positive...

ISSUE 1:
The UI glitches when resizing the window. The center area is white (doesn't seem right to me).

ISSUE 2:
Trying load any of the demo scene crashes CC3. (it also shows some popup that one file couldn't be loaded but doesn't tell any more detail).
EDIT: Crashes everytime at 100% when loading any asset!

Hardware system is high-end... i7, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080Ti, etc.

Any ideas how to fix these issues?

Hi...

Have you customised your global 3D graphics settings in the Nvidia Control Panel? If so this could be the problem. Also do check your graphics drivers are updated as white screens can indicate a driver issue.

Please try the following to allow Character Creator 3 to control your 3D Settings:

1. Right click on your Desktop and open the "Nvidia Control Panel".
2. Now select "Manage 3D Settings" from the left panel and then click the "Program Settings" tab from the right side.
3. Look through the list of programs to see if CC3 is present. If it is, select it and ensure it is using the RTX 2080ti.
4. Do also check that it is using the default "Application Controlled" settings and not a custom profile.
5. If it isn't listed, click "ADD" and then find CC3 in the list or use the location below (default install).

C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Bin64\

6. Select the CharacterCreator.exe and click "Add Selected Program".
7. Again make sure it is using the RTX 2080ti and using the default "Application Controlled" settings.

Do try this and see if it helps improve performance.

@Peter thanks for trying to help!

For anyone stumbling over this issue... here's what fixed it:

I found that CC3 has problems with the driver settings "Antialiasing - Transparency" set to 8x. Setting this to 4x fixed the UI issues and the crash and CC3 seems to function properly now.

Would be cool if this was mentioned somewhere easy to find!
