I'm trying to upload avatars to the marketplace, but each one I add, gives me a warning that the user will need external files. I have baked my skin textures, and used only clothes from the fee content packs. It doesn't specify what files, so I'm wary of uploading.

This happens alot. You can upload them and then check if there is any issues by opening it from your marketplace backend before selling. And if there is an issue it will display. Then you can just delete it as long as it hasn't been sold
