For some reason reinstalled iClone 7and CC3. All plg-in i have from RL reinstalled without any problem, but The Smart Gallery plug-in has vanished from both my iClone ( version 7.73.) and CC3 ( version 3.22). I am getting an error messages / Smart Gallery Failed to initial error=6 /for both iClone and CC3. l downloaded plg-in latest available from Reallusion Hub. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins from the Hub - which says they are installed ... however, the plugin and panel does not show up in either iclone or CC3. Also l send a ticket to the Technical Support from 6/8/2020 a screenshots, Debug files and all requires files they are asked for. l did't get the right answer or help for fixing the problems l have.

Your case is different from the forum link you provide. Suggest keeps contact support, it will need to collect some of your system info. As I know, there has one case, if you update your Windows 10 to 2004 package (although Microsoft is now stoped this update), Smart Gallery will have an initial issue till you restart your Ethernet Adapter.

Hi Edward, Thanks for your help. I already updated my window software before sending the ticket. I send all info about my system , Debug files and screenshots... more than three times to Technical Support without getting any help to fix the problem. The Technical Support send just this link for two times to replace the files on my computer and asking again to send all files about my system , Debug files and screenshots..surprising l see Technical Support close the ticket!!
