I'm hoping this issue has been addressed elsewhere and I just can't find it, but can somebody tell me how (if it is possible) to fix the Iray rendering of eyes in Character Creator 3?  I dropped the CC eyes into my model and originally had the black reflections.  I followed the instructions on another post to manually correct it and that worked perfectly.  However, when I changed the iris color to purple, the Iray renders still showed the original unmodified eyes (blue) with default settings.  I know from tutorial videos the Std_Eye materials are PBR, and Std_Cornea materials are Digital_Human Eye which I have.  In the Iray render settings I am using Eye-PBR and Cornea as the preset substances.  Do I need to change those to get the proper eye settings to be displayed in Iray?  Here is a picture below to illustrate my problem.

Just updated Iray and models to CC3+.  Was hoping things would be resolved with the update but no change.  Any suggestions?

You need to change Base Color Texture in all 4 materials to have it properly render natively in CC and in Iray.
Particularly for Iray, the texture is taken from Std_Eye_L\R materials (not Cornea)

Iray makes the eye much harsher in addition to changing the color of the eyes. In CC3, the eyes have a natural softness and a tearline - but all that is missing in Iray. Is there a way to obtain the soft, natural look of the CC3 eyes? In my example the image on the left is Iray, the image on the right is CC3. In addition to Iray changing the color, the entire look of the eye is changed (hard and artificial). Any idea how to fix this? Honestly, I am regretting purchasing Iray - it seems like a program that does not integrate well with CC3 or IClone (unless you want greasy looking characters with lots of skin imperfections and plastic looking eyes).https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/150bbced-1c76-44a8-a41a-0d1a.jpg

I am having a similar challenge with loss of fidelity in modeling the eyes when utilizing iRay. I purchased and am using the digital human shaders - and am impressed with how the eyes are made to look with extra features in CC3+ (eye occlusion, tearline) and all the variables that can be set - very realistic ( the top picture). However, when i attempt to sent this to iRay for rendering, i lose this fidelity (lower picture). I'm trying to recreate the kind of eye motion that are on the videos embedded in the reallusion web-site (https://www.reallusion.com/character-creator/digital-human-shader.html) - however, the eyes don't seem to translate to iRay. I thought i used all the right shader mappings (below) - considering both the eye and cornea - and made sure that all texture settings were the same across all. However, still get the artificial looking eyes when sent to iRay. Any suggestions on how to address?
