hi - 
i have been trying to get my actor detected in my ic;one 7 motion live. i mean it detects the ip address, suit is fine. button turns green, ready to record but actors not detected - still at 0

I have the same issue, except its even worse my button doesn't turn green at all. Everything is correct IP address etc. I really wish someone from reallussion can offer 
more information on troubleshooting this expensive plugin.

I don't have that suit, but for my Perception Neuron suit I need to change the end extension from the one recommended in the Help file.  IIRC, it's something like xxx.xx.xxx.x:7000 and I had to change it to xxx.xx.xxx.x:8000 (I had to do this both in the Perception Neuron software that serves the output to iClone and in Motion Live itself where you enter the IP address).

So I guess my advice would be to see if there is something in your XSens software like this, where you specify the address and can change it from 7000 to 8000, and then do the same in Motion Live.  If not -- put in a trouble ticket to RL.
