Hello!

When I am trying to install or use a RLFILE into CC3, it requires me to load a cc1 base, which is fine. I've done this in the past, and was able to export just fine with my export license.

Now, it will not allow me to install, relocate, or export without an error saying "you need the export license for this avatar" even though everything is verified and installed into my CC3. I cant figure out how to fix this.
