I recently purchased the Motion live 2d for CTA4 and I am having a lot of lag with the preview mode and its impossible for me to record the motion without freezing. It appears that the frame rate is the cause of my issues, it is extremely low and I don’t know how to get it higher. If I can’t get it higher I will unfortunately not be able to use this product and will have to request a refund. My webcam is a Logitech HD webcamC270. Here is a screenshot of my dxdiag.  Can anyone help with this issue?

Please try going into Preferences (CTRL+P) and lower your "Render > Max Real-time Map Size" to say 1024 x 1024 (if it is higher). Lowering this setting should improve performance.

Also do make sure you don't have any other applications running at the same time. This should also help with the frame rate.

Thanks so much for your reply.

Before making this post, I restarted my computer, made sure there was nothing else running before running CTA4 and also turned down the Max Real-time Map Size to 512 x 512 but didn't help unfortunately.
