I recently installed the
Smart Gallery plug-in for Character Creator 3 and while it appears to show the content I had previously purchased, the plug-in does not appear to be show all available content from the Reallusion Content Store. For example, in Smart Gallery, under the "Recommended" section, I only see 6 items.
Based on Reallusion's YouTube video on the plug-in (
https://youtu.be/_6VPSDy10kU), it would seem I'm missing a lot of products to either buy or try out via the Trial mode. Am I doing something wrong?
My copy of Character Creator 3 seems to be up-to-date (version 3.22.2618.1), the plug-in appears to be signed into my account as I can see my previously purchased content, and I've clicked the "Refresh" button within the plug-in but nothing changes. I've also ensured that the "Filter by Base Type of selection" option is OFF, so the plug-in should be showing me everything in the Reallusion Content Store, no?
