If you've not already resolved this, you should be able to
log back into your account area and re-download the installer.
Actually, if you haven't already done it, downloading and installing
the Reallusion Hub (and logging in to that) will streamline the uninstalling and reinstalling your various software purchases and might be a better approach. It can also automatically check for updates for you.
