Hi there, I cannot install CC3 at all, I have been going back and forth with customer support for nearly 10 days with nothing to show for it.
So I have been through all the basic things people ask. i.e regedit, install from folder, update, admin, different folders, turning off antivirus etc.

I get to the config stage and the download wizard just vanishes or if I use the hub it pops up with a warning message saying that the installation failed.

The strange thing is I am able to install Animator 4 trial no issue.

Would very much like to use the software I have purchased.
