This one is again a 5 min job (well in Blender) - no UV mod though.
Export OBJ from CC
Open in Blender, switch to Edit mode, switch to face selection mode
(Optional - If there is a separate scalp material, you may want to select all faces for that material and hit H tool to hide them)
Select ALL faces for one side of the hair with B tool
Create a new material and hit Assign to a newly created material
Export from Blender (only hair), Import to CC as an accessory
Paint Bucket from one side to another (or rather from the original hair to both sides of imported accessory type hair). Unlink Diffuse/Color map.
Customize/colorize Diffuse/Base Color texture for any side in Photoshop separately.
Transfer skin weight.
Move to iClone and replicate physics for both sides from the original hair (if hair has physics)
