I have been told by Reallusion support that I have not purchased the Popcorn plug-in, but I have, and it shows in "My Orders" page. I tried to open another support ticket and attached a screenshot of "My Orders" page but the submit button was greyed out. I am not happy...
Here is a screenshot of "My Orders" page, I did purchase Popcorn!



The more I learn, the more I realise, I know nothing!

RL is right, you did not purchase a PopcornFX plugin.
What you have purchased is PopcornFX 40 (which is content type library for PopcornFX plugin) and Particle Sequencer (plugin for PopcornFX).

Thank you for the reply  4u2ges, The matter is resolved now, I bought the plugin as advised by yourself... I do still have a slight grouse inasmuch it is not clear when you buy the sequencer you are NOT buying the plugin, had it been clear I would have had no questions... Thank you for your help.
