I'm making a 2 minute parody of a scene from the film, A Few Good Men. It's for the social media platform TikTok. Can you use crazy talk on a face (actual film footage) when the character isn't speaking? Basically, can I animate faces from an actual film scene with this software? It's not worth purchasing if I can't use it for this purpose which is why I'm asking. Thank you in advance for any help or advice.

CrazyTalk only animates still images which can then be rendered to video. So you could grab a screenshot from the film and animate that but not the actual film footage.

And this is just silly (and I did it in about 10 minutes) but it shows what you could do using the right tools that RL makes available (I'm not saying it doesn't require some learning to be able to do this, but it certainly doesn't require any skill whatsoever):
