Hi,

I purchased Motion Live and the live face plugin - however I cannot connect via usb to my laptop top (which is high spec GTX), and I have live face on my iPhone XR?


Iclone open with iphone connected, load character (Kevin) and open Motion live plug. it opens up with ip address starting 172 showing no actors, however when I launch live face on my iphone it  shows an ip address starting 192 I have tried manually changing the ip address to the one on my phone, but it still doesn't connect and still shows actors 0?


my laptop and iTunes are recognising my phone - therefore not sure how to get it working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sorted by manually amending ip address to one on phone and adding :999 at the end.
