Hi, I just downloaded the software and when I opened the character, I could hear the talking but didn't see any image.
I can see the panel of options, but the screen that supposes to show up things is all blank.
How to fix it?

Hi... This is normally caused by outdated graphics drivers. Try updating your drivers to the latest available and this should hopefully resolve the problem for you.
