I bought an FBX model that is rigged but when I bring it in to 3dXchange the Character area is greyed out andif I then export it to iClone it comes in just as a tPose, the model cost over $100 and I really want to use it, what am I doing wrong?

I exported a genesis character with aniblock (bake to) animation into both Iclone and Lightwave3d. I use breastjig script which is control by bone and morph not soft body physics. The Lightwave3d import work like a charm, everything intact. But in Iclone 7 and 3dexchange everything but the breastjig animation came thru. I don't know why?

Does this mean that I should wait for a alembic importer to Iclone and 3Dexchange to develop?
