Hi,
While the current state of the Python iClone API allows for some interesting development, it lacks for some "basic" features, especially Data Management.
By that I mean all that is relative to the current working environment, important for production and assets management, especially in team work.
For instance we need to be able to access through script: Preferences and Project settings, Workspace management, all Rendering & Visual settings, Saving (RFileIO only has loading methods), Rendering (Image Sequences, not only Video), etc..
Any chance to see that happening ?
I understand those may be less sexy than having access to animation, mocap and other key features but those are very important nonetheless in production environments.

As another similar suggestion is there any possibility of passing a call to a function or sub-program carrying a set of variables and values and getting back a set of variables and values that have been operated on?

Regards

SeanMac
