Does this require Photoshop?
I just bought this, and while trying to figure out how to make the face, I JUST realized that the documentation talks about using photoshop to rig the face.  I don't have photoshop.
EDIT:  played with it for awhile.  It's going to take some getting used to ... but this thing is AWESOME!  The combinations possible are unreal.  To answer my own question:  no, you don't have to have photshop.  It will work with other image editors.  Also, it has a LOT of content.  You just have to go into the editor and look around

I bought it, but is there such a expensive thing that there is not even a tutorial?

You can find a number of short tutorials on the page below (scroll down). They are quite fast paced so it is best to use pause often.

I purchased the complete package. As mentioned by other buyers: no tutorial available, but even worse: I have no idea where the 31 hair templates are? Could not find it inside of CA4, nor on my hard drive. Reallusion states that their software is easy to use, but some aspects of how to use the software are really vague.

Hi...

A detailed tutorial for the G3 360 Head Tools is on the way but for now the short tutorials I mentioned in my previous reply are still available.

To access the hair templates you need to take your character into Composer mode (top left side toolbar). Then you will find the Hair Templates as shown below.
