I recently had to reinstall Character creator as my Hard Drive had to be replaced. I have reinstalled the program and now when i attempt to re- download my content i get the attached message.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Please can you try the following and see if it helps. 

1) Please delete the Content Downloader program files (including the Downloader folder) at: -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Reallusion\Downloader

2) Please download & install the latest Content Downloader using the links on the page below (or use the Reallusion Hub)
