I'm on the verge of purchasing iPiSoft Basic which would be an excellent low cost mocap option (around $470 for software - on sale till the 31st of December) using 2 kinects.

However If Motion LIVE 2.0 can achieve similar results with just a Kinect + HTC Vive headset, I would prefer the Reallusion route.

If you read the iClone 2019 roadmap below it says that in Q3 we were to expect:
Motion LIVE 2.0 with IK Driven Mocap and Animation Trigger .
Which would integrate Kinect animation with Motion Live, hopefully with improved accuracy.
If it could be combined with Vive/SteamVR for better accuracy that would be even sweeter.

Now we know that the Character Creator roadmap has been updated to reflect new release date estimates however the same has not been done for iClone and Motion LIVE.

If Reallusion could give us an update it would be greatly appreciated.
