When I attempted to install I get a CRC error. Do I have to uninstall CC3 again for a new plugin. I had to do this with the useless IRay plugin. Any ideas?

Redownload the Resource Pack and install it. The first download may be corrupted.

So, I completely uninstalled CC3 (again). Deleted all old files and folders and attempted to reinstall. Same exact error regardless if I physically download CC3 and install manually or through Hub.

It looks like the installer was not completed download. Suggest you remove the cache first C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Reallusion\RLDownloads\Headshot_Plugin_for_Character_Creator_Trial.exe
And then, redownload it on Reallusion Hub.

Ok so that did that didn't work. I have uninstalled everything. Deleted files in the App Data folder. For CC3 and reinstalled and still same error. I have redownloaded the resource and pack and reinstalled and that failed as well.

Also what about any other Reallusion software you have installed with the Hub. Do they all give CRC errors?

Hi Peter, I only get the CRC error when I install the HeadShot Plugin. I watched the install folder and the folder and file they site doesn't exist until you start installing the plugin. I did a search for the file and can't find that either. I installed everything manually but did updates through the Hub. Before I installed the first time it wanted to update the Resource pack. I did that through the Hub. I reinstalled update manually as well.

Hi Peter, So, I ended up purchasing the plugin. I did manual download and install without issue. This would indicate a difference in the download package from Trial, Trial Hub and Full version.
