Hello, I am in the middle of trying out the software. I love it and am definitely getting it. However, when upgrading CC to 3.2 yesterday it prompted me to uninstall 3DXchange, iRay and Curve Editor before upgrading. I really wanted to try Headshot. After getting everything re-installed with current versions, 3DXchange indicated that my 30 days had expired. Interestingly, iClone and CC reset to 30 more days. Is there anyway to restore my remaining days of 3DXchange so that I can finish my evaluation and report to my boss? Thank you, Steven

Hi Steven Unfortunately it isn't possible to reset a trial once it has expired. We do however offer new trial versions when there are major upgrades. Please note we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee of our software. So you can purchase and still have 14 days to decide if it meets your requirements. If it doesn't you can request a full refund.

No problem. Thanks for the response. I would just note that it expired after about 16 days and seemed to be related to upgrading to the newest trial of CC. Probably not something that happens often. Also, CC and iClone reset back to 30 days from 14 left after the same upgrade. Just some behavior you might want to note. I had yet to fully complete looking at FBX motion capture conversion from Brekel, so that's why loosing access to 3DXchange before the 30 days was up caught me off guard.
Thanks again and Headshot rules.

Thank you for supplying more information. I'm sorry to hear your 3DXchange 7 trial ended earlier than it should. Obviously that shouldn't happen so we will look to see if there is a problem with the upgrade process. Just to add if you do have a second computer, you should be able to install the 3Dxchange trial again and continue the trial on that machine.
