Hi... Try opening Preferences (CTRL+P) in iClone and ensure your "Real-Time Render Options" Quality is set to HIGH.

Unfortunately after checking we have found an issue where PopcornFX lights do not light up the scene in iClone 7.7. We plan to fix this as soon as possible. Please do accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Peter, I'm trying to duplicate this and I cannot -- IOW, the particles DO seem to light up the scene. Can you explain further what the team found or what the exact problem is? I also couldn't find anything in the FT about this.

hello,
I am having the same problem with particles, also with the torch fire, I was in the middle of rendering off animations and after the 7.7 update, there is now no light emitting from the fire. It is a great update but I really do hope that a bug fix can happen ASAP.
