I used the link to transfer and motion. It’s set to ray tracing but this is what it looks like in iclone and unreal engine.

I would say start small, with a single cube or base avatar, and work out lighting very basic, and build up from there. Troubleshoot very small to weed out any issues. (In my opinion, there is no quick way to troubleshoot what could be a GPU driver issue or a lighting preference gone bad in a complex scene like that.)
