Hi, CC3 is not optimal to edit Weights and we would like to import weights from an external app like Maya. Is this possible?
Thanks.

You sure can.
Start with an FBX export of your character from CC3P. That will give you whatever base you working with, and the FBX key file for reimporting the newly clothed character.
Not that this is an alternative method to importing an accessory into CC3P and rigging it.

Hi, I meant to import just cloths with weights without the character. I looks it's possible and I'll give it try. Thanks.

That is the old methode The Character in this case is only needed to passed CC as wm Cloth. After import with Character Save the cloth in the CC library and then it is seperat.
Actualy works manually wheight mapping in CC like a briese , in compare to maya . I wounder why is for you in CC editing not optimal?
