Most likely a video driver problem -- the newest nVidia drivers can't run the RL programs.  Roll back to at least two or three months ago and you should be fine.

Reallusion have confirmed that the latest Nvidia driver - 440.97 - is not causing any issues with their products. Issues started with 436.02 and a few that were released after that. There have been no reports of any issues for those using either the 431.60 Game driver or the 431.86 Studio drivers. You can download the drivers from the Nvidia web site using this link https://www.geforce.com/drivers.

As Kelleytoons mentioned it does appear a graphics issue, possibly drivers or you are using an incompatible graphics card.

If you have an Nvidia graphics card then you will find the very latest 440.97 drivers will work fine with iClone 7 and Character Creator 3 so please try installing these.

If you are not using an Nvidia graphics card, or updating the drivers doesn't work, then please let us know your system specs including graphics card.
