Face3D Tracker was connected and the face tracking was previewed on the CT4 screen successfully before, however, 
Face3D Tracker changed to Disconnected  after the latest update CTA410 Multi patch on 2019.8.18.
Two Plugins are updated to the latest version.

PC：Windows 7 SP１、Intel i7、NVIDIA GeForce GTA 970
Web Camera: BUFFALO BSW200MBK

Motion LIVE 2D: Gear List Facial works,  Character list shows Red_F properly. Preview button works.

Face3D: USB Camera is selected and it works properly, but Disconnected.


CTA4: Red F face does not respond at all now. She used to respond before the last patch of 4.1.

Are there any missing operation or design change?

Thank you very much for your concern.
The Connection was recovered and CTA4 character was responded now.　.

I'm not sure the reason why Face 3D did not make connection when the Face3D is checked.
The ticket was also posted to the Technical Support.

Had the same problem. At first it would not connect. Then it did, but the character does not respond to my movements. 

 Also, I tried using my iPhone 11, but there is no icon on the left side of the screen for a camera. I did update to the lates 4.1 patch, and will not update my Mac to Catalina unless God Himself orders it. I will submit a ticket, but would love any ideas in the meantime.
