Character Creator 3 is 3D software which uses 3D models and Cartoon Animator 4 is 2D software which uses drawings or photos. Because of the difference you can't take a Character Creator avatar and open it in Cartoon Animator 4 or vice versa. However you could take a rendered image from Character Creator 3 and then use that image as the source for a custom character in Cartoon Animator 4.

For a front facing character you just need to set your CC3 character in an A-Pose and then render a high resolution image. Then take this into your image editing software, make a copy, and then break the character into all the different body parts. You can then follow either the first tutorial below if you wish to create your character within CTA4 itself, or use the second tutorial if you have CTA4 Pipeline and wish to use an image editor like Photoshop to create the character using layers. https://youtu.be/kN-mKg5KlmMhttps://youtu.be/AIQ8ArWQiYc
