I am trying to import some clothes from DAZ Studio to CC3 but keep getting the error "no suitable setup profile found." I tried the first solution from the video below but it didn't work. The second solution is to edit the DSON file with notepad, but when I right click on the file I'm not given that option.

Just do what I suggest:

If this doesn't work, tell me the outfit and I'll tell you how to import it.

Thanks Mike. You always seem to have the answers to my questions. I have one more. Is there any way to manipulate the color or tone of one patch of skin on a face? I have a model that has a dark spot from the 3D head I created in CrazyTalk and although I've changed the original image in photoshop a number of times, I still end up with a patch of skin by the nostril that I would love to lighten. I tried using a decal but that doesn't seem to work well. Thanks.

Hi Mike,
Your guidance has been much appreciated. Your videos have helped with many issues, yet I have one moreWink I used your trick for importing certain DAZ clothes that weren't working correctly, but when I try to import the BSA pumps from the BSA set, the feet don't conform to the high heel setup.

Sorry, I might be a little out of it -- can you provide a link to what you mean by the BSA set?

Ah, okay -- I need to know what you are doing exactly, where you are having trouble.  You do know you can select the shoe and then go to "High Heels" and adjust them to be in the right position?  Those shoes can also be exported with morphs, which might help fit them better.

It’s odd because I’ve exported other shoes from Daz to CC3 and used the high heel slider and had no problem. I had to use the trick of adding another character in Daz to get it to import in CC3 and I’m wondering if that’s causing a problem with the shoes in particular. Once I use transformer to import them I am saving the shoes to content. I am then opening another character that I’ve created and attempt to add the shoes, but they don’t connect to the foot. I tried changing the skin weights but since they are already shoes it doesn’t change anything.
