yes, ue4 has physics for hair and cloth
youtube would be the best place to look for tuts on that.
assuming you have the latest updates for cc and iclone
it's pretty easy stuff
once its installed/setup, its just drag and drop a fbx into a new folder in ue4,
select the shader quality you need and it does the rest.
you can also bring in motion, cameras and props with cc or iclone
so far, there's been no update on this plugin
so it will only work with ue 4.20 - 4.21- 4.22
