If you are running a ryzen 3000 series processor and can not get the program to log in there are a few things you need to do to fix this. 
#1 First make sure you are running the latest BIOS for your motherboard. AMD put out some agesa fixes so a bios with agesa 1.0.0.3 ABB should get things running again.

#2 Get the latest chip set drivers from AMD as this can fix the problem as well.
