I followed the directions for using Transformer to import DAZ assets with morph data, but the morphs do not show up in CC3.

Did you export with the morph rules?

You have to import it as an accessory, and then convert it to hair (with Transfer Skin Weights). The initial hair import settings will delete your morphs.
